The heavy sinking minnow can obtain an overwhelming flight distance from its own weight, but on the other hand, the response of swimming becomes poor and you can only swim in the first retrieve.

The G control has a second lip designed on the belly part to generate lift that raises the body, canceling the force to sink and dramatically improving the response even at low speed retrieve.

Although it weighs 20g, it is possible to swim at a retrieve speed comparable to that of a half 10g class sinking minnow.
