About returns and exchanges

●We cannot accept returns and exchanges of items in the following cases.

4. Price tags, product labels, packaging are removed or returned in an unsaleable condition.

5. Sale price items, Outlet price items, Second hand items

About cancellation

●You cannot cancel your order after it is shipped.

We do not accept any returns or refunds because of the customers' personal preferences.

When you receive a package, open it and check your items as soon as you can.

If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund.

In that case, please mail us within 3 business days after receipt of the package.
