While inheriting the lineage of the BALEINE 125F, the BALEINE 160FL, which can be called a heretic in its characteristics, has evolved with a strong individuality, wearing "L" in its name, which is the symbol of a "linear engine."
By installing APIA's unique center of gravity movement system "Linear Engine (PAT.P)", long-distance casting performance has evolved significantly and the attack range has further expanded. After landing on the water, the weight is returned to the swimming position at an angle of approximately 5 degrees, greatly reducing the lure's sideways slipping. Real bait-like swimming does not give any discomfort to the predator and induces predatory behavior. It covers a range from the surface to about 50cm and keeps swimming in a nearly horizontal position. The floating position from the reeling stop is almost horizontal with the head up, creating a ``nose up'' of the weakened bait.
