Recommended usage to keep freshness
After putting the fish in a plastic freezer bag, fill a deep container like a bucket with water, with the mouth facing up (do not submerge). If you put it on, the water pressure will make the bag stick to the fish and the air will come out, so if you tie the mouth and freeze it, you can keep it fresh and prevent freezer burn and unpleasant odors.
