Hula popper has been upgraded to the next generation model. The body shape of the original model is followed, and the popping action is also inherited. The hook support method has been changed from a hanger to an eight can + split ring, and the hook itself has been nickel-plated to improve the hooking rate. The rear hook uses a feather hook instead of a rubber skirt, and is modeled after a falling water insect. The coloring uses a crackle pattern.
